Benefit Class at Blue Ginger in Wellesley, MA

One-hour Prana Power yoga class taught by Taylor Wells, co-founder and co-owner of Prana Power Yoga and creator of new website & blog super-mom.com.
Opening sun salutations led by Ming Tsai, chef/owner of Blue Ginger, host/executive producer of public television's "Simply Ming" and long-time yoga practicioner.
Class will be held in Blue Ginger's beautiful brand-new event space, adjacent to the restaurant! Immediately following there will be a trunk show by A Little Yoga (20% of proceeds from sales go to yogaHOPE) and refreshments provided by Blue Ginger. .

Yoga and Cooking Retreat at Locanda del Gallo

Join us for our second yoga/cooking retreat at Locanda del Gallo in the gorgeous region of Umbria, Italy. This is a fantastic week of yoga, cooking, sightseeing, dining and just relaxing!! We will greet each day with in invigorating and inspiring yoga practice followed by the whims of our group!
