Locations

We offer classes at a number of residential facilities throughout the Boston area. Among them are Hello House, Meridian House, Women's Hope, and The Family Center.

Many of our locations serve women who are recovering from addiction, finding self-sufficiency after homelessness, and are recovering from domestic violence or eating disorders. We are so thankful to these facilities for hosting our work.

Donations

We take donations for our annual silent auction and occasionally take donations of yoga props and mats.
